GENERAL CONTRACT CONDITIONS FOR OWN-ORGANIZED TRIPS
At the time of booking, to make it effective, in addition to the balance of the participation fee, the name and surname of the participants will be requested.
The name change cannot be made.
CANCELLATIONS
In the event of cancellation of the trip by the customer for their own reasons, the following penalties will be applied:
- 100% of the participation fee from the day of booking/purchase.
The cancellation of the trip by a participant with accommodation in a double room does not entail any supplement for the other participant.
Name changes are not permitted.
