The VERONA BOX OFFICE Newsletter is distributed via e-mail free of charge and following a specific request by the User. The service offered consists of sending information communications by e-mail relating to the events for sale on the Site.
1. Newsletter activation
This service can be activated:
a) by entering your e-mail address in the area of the Site specifically dedicated to the newsletter service;
b) by selecting the appropriate box on the form for registration on the Site.
Activating the Newsletter service in the manner referred to in point 1 letter a) does not require registration on the Site.
2. Cancellation from the Newsletter service
In order to stop receiving the newsletter, the User must click on the appropriate link for cancellation or by writing to the email address email@example.com
3. Methods of treatment and duration of the service
The data provided will be used with IT and telematic tools for the sole purpose of providing the requested service and, for this reason, will be kept exclusively for the period in which it will be active.

5. Communication of data
The data will be processed exclusively by the staff and collaborators of Verona Box Office and by persons appointed as data processors (eg for technological maintenance needs of the site).

The interested parties have the right to obtain, in the cases provided for, access to personal data and the correction or cancellation of the same or the limitation of the processing that concerns them or to oppose the processing (articles 15 et seq.
